Beneath Analytics was founded in Carrickmacross on a simple observation: most growing companies have more data than they know what to do with.
We kept seeing the same pattern in different clothes. eCommerce teams running five analytics tools and still unable to say which channel earns revenue. FinTech companies spending three days a week on compliance reporting that should take an afternoon. SaaS businesses whose churn was plainly visible in their own data a full quarter before anyone acted on it.
The problem was never a shortage of data. It was the missing infrastructure, process, and expertise needed to turn data into decisions. That gap is the reason we exist, and it is the only thing we sell.
Since 2020 we have delivered 65+ analytics, tracking and data engagements, from store-level conversion tracking to a three-year product analytics programme for a mobile app.
So the way we work is deliberate. Every engagement is led by a senior strategist and analyst: the person you meet during scoping is the person doing the work. No handoffs, no account managers, no junior team appearing after the pitch. Implementation scales to the complexity of your project, EU data standards apply by default, everything is documented and tested, and your team is trained to run what we leave behind.

We stay until it is working: iteration, feedback, refinement. A project is finished when your team uses it with confidence.

Build for adoption, not demos
A dashboard nobody opens was a waste of budget. We design around the people who use it, and judge the work by whether they are still opening it in week six.
Start from the decision
Data work without a business question is expensive noise. We begin with the decision you are trying to make and work backwards to the data, never the other way round.
Most problems are process problems
Weak data quality, broken attribution, and slow reporting are usually symptoms of missing process, not missing tools. We fix the process before recommending a platform.
Write it so it can be acted on
A well-structured brief beats a 30-page report. Deliverables are built to be read and used; if it takes more than five minutes to understand, we are not done.
